Loki the Deceiver is a Legendary Support champion from the Barbarians faction, aligned with the Spirit affinity. Introduced during the Asgard Divide event, Loki stands out for his ability to manipulate the battlefield through crowd control and deception.
His kit revolves around applying and spreading debuffs while staying hidden under Veil and Perfect Veil buffs, making him tricky to deal with.

Loki performs well in both PvE and PvP modes. In PvE, he fits into content like Hydra, Doom Tower, and Faction Wars, where crowd control and Turn Meter control are key.
In PvP, especially in Arena and Live Arena, his ability to block buffs and steal Turn Meter makes him a strong option for control teams. However, he needs accuracy and proper timing to reach his full potential, and he may struggle in content like Clan Boss or Chimera where raw damage is preferred over control.

His strongest skills revolve around manipulating buffs and debuffs. His A2, Deceiver’s Gambit, is a flexible skill that can either debuff enemies or heal and buff allies, depending on the target. When under Veil or Perfect Veil, this skill becomes even stronger by spreading buffs or debuffs across the battlefield.
His A3, Bandit Flash, can steal all buffs and Turn Meter from a target, and this effect cannot be resisted if Loki is veiled. His passive, Mist Step, makes him hard to target by placing Perfect Veil at the start of each round and allowing him to dodge enemy skills when low on HP.
Compared to other support champions, Loki stands out with his ability to both protect allies and disrupt enemies in one kit. While others like Yumeko or Warlord offer turn control through cooldown manipulation, Loki provides more utility with his buff/debuff spread and unique dodge mechanics.
He works best in teams built around control, speed, and survivability. Champions who provide buffs like Duchess Lilitu or debuffs like Riho Bonespear or Kymar pair well with Loki, as he can spread those effects across the enemy or ally team.

Loki the Deceiver Best Gear
For gear, Perception is one of the best sets for Loki. It gives extra accuracy and speed, both of which are important for landing debuffs and taking more turns. The added speed also helps Loki activate his skills faster, allowing better control over the fight. Perception is a good choice for both early and endgame builds.
Pinpoint is another excellent option. This 9-piece set gives high Accuracy and Speed along with Intercept stacks. These help reduce the chance of being targeted or hit, which fits Loki’s evasive style. Using Pinpoint lets him stay alive longer and keep applying his tricks.
Cursed is useful in Hydra battles, where applying the Hex debuff becomes very powerful. Enemies under Hex take 2% of AoE damage and 10% of single-target damage dealt to their allies. Since Hydra has 4 heads, this debuff helps spread a lot of damage, making it easier to bring them down. This set gives a 50% chance to place Hex, which works well with Loki’s A1 since it’s an AoE attack, allowing him to apply Hex to all heads using his default skill.

Loki the Deceiver Masteries
For masteries, in PvE content, the Offense and Support trees are the best paths. Warmaster is the preferred T6 mastery, giving extra damage over time, especially in longer fights.
Support masteries like Pinpoint Accuracy, Charged Focus, and Master Hexer improve his debuff potential, while Cycle of Magic and Arcane Celerity help him get turns faster. Lore of Steel boosts his stats from gear sets, and Lasting Gifts increases buff duration, which helps when spreading buffs.
In PvP, the Defense and Support trees offer better value. Defiant and Delay Death help him survive longer, while Cycle of Revenge gives Turn Meter boosts when allies take critical hits. Rejuvenation and Resurgent also improve sustain.
On the Support side, keeping the same key masteries like Pinpoint Accuracy and Eagle-Eye ensures his skills land even against high resistance enemies.

Loki the Deceiver Blessings
When it comes to blessings, Brimstone is one of the most popular choices. It gives Loki a chance to place a Smite debuff when he attacks, which deals damage based on the enemy’s max HP and spreads some of that damage to other enemies. This works well in PvE, especially in boss fights or waves.
Cruelty is another good option, especially in team setups that rely on reducing enemy defense. Each hit from Loki lowers the enemy’s defense, helping damage dealers do more damage. This blessing is simple but useful in both PvE and PvP.
Temporal Chains slows enemies down for every active buff they have. This blessing fits Loki’s role in control teams, especially when paired with champions that place many buffs on the enemy side. Slowing the enemy can give Loki and his team more turns to act and stay ahead.
Brimstone is better for dealing extra damage, Cruelty helps with team synergy, and Temporal Chains supports turn control. You can choose based on what kind of content you plan to focus on.

How to Get Loki the Deceiver
Loki the Deceiver was first released during the Asgard Divide event in August 2024. He was one of four Norse-themed champions, joining Thor Faehammer, Freyja Fateweaver, and Odin Faefather. Players could earn him by taking part in the Loki Chase daily login event.
If you missed the event, Loki may return during future fusion events or special shard summon events. Keep an eye out for announcements from Plarium.
The best chance to get him now is through Ancient Shards, Primal Shards, or Sacred Shards. While the odds are low, his power makes him worth trying for during boosted summon events or 10x drop rates.
Until he returns in another event or becomes available through a guaranteed summon, getting Loki depends on luck. If you manage to summon him, he’s a decent support who can bring good value to both PvE and PvP teams.
