Ishiyama the Immovable

Ishiyama the Immovable is a Legendary HP champion from the Shadowkin faction with Spirit affinity. As his title suggests, he is designed to be a durable, hard-hitting presence on the battlefield.

While his main role is built around sustaining damage and punishing enemies with counterattacks, he also brings strong debuff control and defensive scaling that make him both a threat and a wall in longer fights.

Tier: B

In PvE, Ishiyama does well in Faction Wars and certain Dungeon runs, especially where enemy debuffs are common. His utility in Arena is decent, especially on defense teams that can take advantage of his fear and debuff spreading skills.

However, he is not the fastest nuker or strongest wave clearer. His strength lies in consistency and punishing enemies who rely on buffs or resist-based strategies. His value increases in teams that apply many debuffs, setting the stage for his full damage potential.

Table of Contents

His strongest ability is Calculated Volley, which can place multiple debuffs on all enemies. These include Fear, Decrease C.RATE, and Decrease C.DMG. The best part is that the debuffs can’t be resisted if enemies already have two or more debuffs.

His passive, The Immovable, adds even more strength by building his max HP each time he lands a debuff, and it guarantees the next debuff lands if one gets resisted. This makes him very hard to shut down with resistance-based teams. His A3 skill, Finish Them, ignores defense based on the number of debuffs, and if it kills an enemy, it grants Block Damage, giving him more survivability.

Compared to other HP-based damage dealers like Uugo or Solis, Ishiyama offers a more defensive and strategic approach. While he doesn’t bring healing or revive like some others, he shines when paired with champions who can quickly spread or stack debuffs like Ma’Shalled, Lydia, or Prince Kymar.

He also works well with champions who apply AoE Decrease DEF and Weaken, helping set up his defense-ignoring damage. Teams built around control and damage-over-time effects can get the most out of Ishiyama’s passive and skill conditions.

Ishiyama the Immovable Best Gear

For gear, Savage is one of the best options for Ishiyama, especially if you want to boost his damage with Finish Them. Savage allows him to ignore 25% of enemy defense, which pairs well with his built-in defense-ignoring skill, helping to break through tanky champions and bosses.

Relentless is another solid choice. It gives him a chance to take extra turns, which means he can apply more debuffs, increase his max HP faster, and cycle back to his hardest-hitting skills more often. This set is especially useful if you want to take full advantage of his passive and keep pressure on enemies.

Regeneration gear is also worth considering for a more defensive setup. This set heals Ishiyama by 15% every turn, which adds strong sustain, especially in PvE content. It works best when you expect long battles where survival and slow buildup matter more than burst damage. Each gear choice brings a different strength depending on how you want to use him.

Ishiyama the Immovable Masteries

When it comes to masteries, for general PvE, Ishiyama benefits from the Warmaster mastery for bonus damage on bosses and longer fights. Methodical and Kill Streak help increase his output as battles go on.

In the support tree, Pinpoint Accuracy and Charged Focus boost his chances to land key debuffs. Swarm Smiter and Arcane Celerity help in multi-enemy fights, while Lore of Steel improves stat boosts from gear sets. Master Hexer adds more value by extending his debuffs.

For Arena and PvP, Helmsmasher is a better top mastery to help push through high-defense enemies. Combined with his skill that already ignores defense, this makes him a real threat against tanky opponents.

On the support side, Evil Eye is useful for reducing enemy Turn Meters, giving your team better control, while the other support masteries still help with accuracy and consistency in landing debuffs.

Ishiyama the Immovable Blessings

For blessings, Crushing Rend is a strong choice if you’re looking to boost his damage even more. It lets Ishiyama ignore more defense based on the enemy’s level, making it very useful against high-end PvE and Arena enemies, especially in longer matches where his damage ramps up.

Nature’s Wrath works well with his debuff-heavy kit. It increases damage based on how many debuffs Ishiyama places, which fits his skill set perfectly. This blessing gives you more value in content where you can easily stack debuffs on enemies.

Lightning Cage adds a defensive angle. Every time enemies gain buffs or fill their Turn Meter, Ishiyama gains Lightning Orbs, which protect his buffs and deal bonus damage when stacked. This is a good option for Arena defense or longer fights where survivability and protection matter.

How to Get Ishiyama the Immovable

Ishiyama the Immovable is currently available through a special Champion Fragment Fusion event running from May 5 to May 19, 2025.

This is a Fragment Collector Fusion, meaning you don’t need to fuse other champions. Instead, you collect Fragments by participating in in-game events and tournaments. Once you collect 100 Fragments, you can summon Ishiyama for free.

If you’re interested in adding this powerful HP-based champion to your roster, now is the perfect time to join the event. After the event ends, Ishiyama will only be available through Ancient, Sacred, or Primal Shards — and as a Legendary, the chances of pulling him will be very low.
