Madame Serris is an Epic Void Support champion from the Dark Elves faction. Introduced during Halloween 2019, she quickly became one of the most valuable support champions in Raid: Shadow Legends.
With her strong debuff control, full enemy buff removal, and crowd control skills, Madame Serris plays a major role in both PvE and PvP. Her mix of debuffs, buffs, and enemy disruption makes her effective across many areas of the game.

Madame Serris works well in Arena, Faction Wars, Doom Tower, and Dungeons. She is especially strong in the Arena thanks to her full team debuff and buff strip, helping control enemy teams and reduce their damage. She also performs well in Faction Wars as a debuffer and support.
However, she’s not ideal for Clan Boss or Hydra, where her skill set doesn’t offer much value compared to other champions. Her main strength lies in enemy debuffing and buff control, which makes her a solid pick for early to late game players.

Her strongest skill, Midnight Ritual, removes all buffs from enemies and applies both Decrease ATK and Decrease DEF debuffs to all enemies for two turns. This skill alone gives her high value in both PvE and PvP battles.
Her A2, Tricks and Treats, attacks all enemies with a chance to steal buffs and apply True Fear if successful, while giving her team a Block Debuffs buff.
Her A1 applies Fear with increased chance depending on how many debuffs the enemy already has. Her passive, Witch’s Grace, gives her a Shield each turn and a chance to apply Fear if attacked while shielded, adding more utility and crowd control.
Compared to other support champions, Madame Serris stands out for her full enemy buff strip and double debuff combo on all enemies. Champions like Stag Knight, Uugo, Deacon Armstrong, or Zargala offer strong debuffs too, but Serris’s Void affinity and ability to hit all enemies with her debuffs make her more reliable in many fights.
She works best with champions that can crowd control or nuke after her Decrease DEF lands. Pairing her with champions like Arbiter, Warlord, Thor, Rotos, Ninja, Genbo, or Sun Wukong can help maximize her setup potential in Arena or Dungeon waves.

Madame Serris Best Gear
For gear, Perception is one of the best sets for Madame Serris. It gives extra Accuracy and Speed, which are important for making sure her debuffs land before the enemy can act. This set helps her use her A3 and A2 more effectively in both PvE and PvP.
Speed sets are also useful, especially if she needs to go first in Arena or wave battles. The extra Speed makes it easier to control the enemy team before they get a turn. In many team setups, Speed is key for support champions, and Madame Serris benefits a lot from it.
Immortal is another strong option. It gives extra HP and healing each turn, which helps keep her alive longer. This is helpful in longer fights like Doom Tower or Faction Wars where survivability matters. Depending on the situation, players can mix and match these sets to fit their team’s needs and their own playstyle.

Madame Serris Masteries
For masteries in PvE, a mix of Offense and Support is ideal. Warmaster helps increase damage in longer battles, especially in Dungeons and Doom Tower. In the Support tree, masteries like Pinpoint Accuracy, Charged Focus, and Sniper help her land debuffs more often. Others like Shieldbearer and Lore of Steel boost her utility and support power.
PvP setups are slightly different. Instead of Offense, using Defense masteries like Tough Skin, Delay Death, and Cycle of Revenge improves her durability. This helps her survive more hits in Arena. Combined with Support masteries like Eagle Eye and Evil Eye, she can strip buffs early and reduce enemy Turn Meter while staying alive longer.
Overall, the choice of masteries depends on where you use her most. Players who focus on Arena may want more defensive masteries, while those who use her in PvE can get more value from damage and Accuracy boosting masteries.

Madame Serris Blessings
For blessings, Cruelty is one of the best picks. It lowers enemy DEF each time she hits, making it easier for her team to deal more damage. This works well in both PvE and PvP when paired with AoE attackers.
Emergency Heal is also a good option. It works well with her passive that gives her a Shield every turn. When the Shield expires or gets removed, she gets healed, which helps her last longer in tough fights.
Chainbreaker is another choice, especially in PvP. It helps her remove control debuffs like Stun or True Fear at the start of her turn. This can be the difference between winning or losing a close Arena battle. Each blessing has its use depending on the team setup and opponent.

How to Get Madame Serris
Madame Serris is a Void champion, which means she can only be pulled from Void Shards. She was available in a Guaranteed Champion Summon Event on October 22, 2021, where players could get her by using 30 Void Shards. However, that event has ended.
Right now, the only way to get her is by pulling Void Shards and hoping for luck. Since she is an Epic champion, the chance of getting her is higher than a Legendary, but Void champions are harder to collect overall.
If you don’t have her yet, it’s worth saving Void Shards for a future 2x or 10x event where the chance to summon her might be better. Plarium may also bring back another Guaranteed Event for her, though that is not confirmed. Players who already have her should consider fully building her, as she remains a top-tier Epic even years after release.
In short, Madame Serris is a powerful, flexible champion that fits well in many team setups. Her mix of support, debuffs, and crowd control makes her one of the best Epics in the game.
